What we collect
From the contact form: name, email, message content, time of sending, and the technical IP address stored with the enquiry for security. From the site: pages requested in ordinary hosting logs, and the consent cookie described in the cookie policy. We do not ask for identity-card scans through the public form.
Why we process it
To respond to a requested briefing, to keep a record of professional correspondence, to protect the form against abuse, and to remember your cookie choice. The legal bases we rely on are steps at your request before a contract, our legitimate interest in running a secure advisory practice, and consent where you tick the privacy box or set cookie preferences.
Retention
Unsuccessful or declined briefings are kept only as long as needed to complete the reply and defend against abuse, then deleted or archived in a minimised form. Mandate files, if you become a client, follow the retention written in that mandate. Hosting logs rotate according to the host’s ordinary cycle.
Recipients
Hosting and mailbox providers acting as processors in order to deliver the site and email. We do not sell contact lists, do not run advertising pixels on this site, and do not share briefing content with other clients.
Your requests
You may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of the briefing you sent, subject to professional record-keeping duties if a mandate exists. Write to [email protected]. You may also contact the National Centre for Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Moldova.
International access
If our host or mailbox stores data outside Moldova, it is only as needed to operate email and hosting. We do not use the public site to run profiling or automated decisions about you.
Children
The site is intended for organisational decision-makers. We do not seek data from children.
