Alexandr Vascan sells defined consulting mandates. Fees follow the file, not a hidden catalogue. This page is the public commercial offer: what you can buy, how it is priced in principle, and what you should not expect to be bundled in silence.

Fixed-fee mandate. Used when the document set and interviews can be bounded. The proposal states the number of comment rounds.
Capped time. Used when the file is incomplete and discovery is part of the work. You receive a running log against the cap.
Follow-on retainer. Only after a first mandate, for a named monthly artefact (for example a control test cycle). Never sold as an unnamed “compliance subscription”.
Volume of process owners, quality of existing documents, language of source files, and the external deadline. A bank questionnaire with a five-day fuse is priced as urgency, not as a discount product. Quotes are issued in writing after intake. This website does not display dummy prices, “from €1” hooks, or countdown offers.
Public-sector procurement, if any, is handled under a separate written tender response. Nothing on this page is a government endorsement.
Work starts when a proposal is accepted by a person with authority, a billing entity is named, and the first document drop is scheduled. Payment terms, late-file effects and confidentiality sit in that proposal and in the terms of use for the website itself. Advisory limits are in the disclaimer.
