What we use today
| Name | Role | Duration | Category |
|---|---|---|---|
| AVSESSID | PHP session, created only on the contact page, to protect the form with a CSRF token and a short rate limit. | Session | Essential |
| av_consent | Stores whether you accepted all, kept essential only, or saved a custom mix. | 180 days | Essential (consent record) |
What we do not use today
No Google Analytics, no advertising pixels, no social plugins, no heatmaps. The preference panel still lists Functional, Analytics and Advertising so you can record a “no” (or a future “yes” if those tools are ever added). Until such tools are actually installed, checking them does not load any extra script.
Consent Mode
Because no Google advertising or measurement tags are present, there is no Consent Mode default-command running in the background. If measurement or ads tags are introduced later, they will remain off until you accept the matching category, in line with Google Consent Mode requirements then in force.
Your controls
On the first visit a banner offers Accept all, Reject non-essential, and Manage preferences. After a choice the banner closes. Cookie settings in the footer reopens the panel. You can also delete cookies in your browser; the banner will appear again if the consent cookie is gone.
Essential cookies cannot be switched off from the panel because the form and the consent memory would stop working. You may still refuse the site by leaving without sending a briefing.
