Are you a law firm?

No. Alexandr Vascan is a compliance consultancy. We draft operating files, maps and rehearsals. Court work, formal legal opinions and representation before authorities belong with licensed advocates unless a separate instruction says otherwise. Read the disclaimer.

Can you guarantee a licence or a clean inspection?

No. Anyone who sells a guaranteed outcome is misrepresenting the supervisor. We improve the quality and completeness of the file you present. The decision remains with the authority, bank or auditor.

How fast can a first useful draft appear?

A bounded AML or data-protection map often takes one to three weeks after a complete intake. Inspection rehearsal depends on whether evidence already exists. Deadlines shorter than that are possible only if the document set is already in order; see terms of work.

What must we send before you can quote?

Activity description, legal form, whether you are licensed, the trigger (bank, inspection, product, complaint), and the current policy pack even if it is outdated. Empty “send a brochure” requests are returned with a request for that list.

Do you replace our compliance officer?

Not by default. Programme design and coaching of the named officer is in scope. Acting as officer of record is a separate appointment with different liability and is declined unless explicitly contracted.

Will our file be shown to other clients?

No. Matter files are not used as case studies with identifiers. General sector lessons may inform methodology without your name, products or figures. Privacy handling is described in the privacy policy.

Do you work only in English?

This website is English because briefing notes with foreign banks and groups are often English. Source documents may be in Romanian or Russian; say so in the intake. The public site remains English to keep one canonical commercial story.

Where are you, and is this a real office address?

What if we only need one policy rewritten?

Possible, but only after a short map so the rewrite does not contradict the rest of the file. Isolated cosmetic policies are a common reason inspections go badly; we will say so before taking the fee.
